  • Refund: If you cancel before order confirmation, you will receive a full refund.

1.2 Cancelling After Order Confirmation

  • Time Frame: Once your order has been confirmed by the restaurant, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Conditions: Cancellation after order confirmation will only be considered if:
    • The restaurant has not yet started preparing your food.
    • There is a significant delay in delivery time.
  • How to Cancel: Contact our customer support immediately to request a cancellation.
  • Refund: If the order can be cancelled, you may receive a partial refund, deducting any preparation or handling costs.

2. Refund Policy

 

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order is incorrect or items are missing, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Poor Quality: If the food received is of poor quality or spoiled, you are eligible for a refund, subject to verification.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time and you choose to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Time Frame: You must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • How to Request: Submit a refund request through the Pancha Paka website or contact our customer support with details of the issue.

2.3 Refund Process

  • Investigation: We may investigate your claim, which may include contacting the restaurant or requesting photographic evidence.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the order after it has been confirmed.
  • Late Delivery: While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Incorrect Delivery Information: Refunds are not provided if the delivery could not be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or special orders may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the restaurant’s policy.
